Harmony in Unity

The Cambridge Dictionary describes harmony as “a pleasing combination of different parts.” It doesn’t say the parts have to be transformed into likeness to be in harmony; it says by uniting the different, harmony can be created. The key is unity, which takes the patience and encouragement that can only be found in the unifying love of our Savior. We are working to be transformed more and more into the likeness of Christ, not each other. The scriptures are filled with example upon example of how we are to love each other. We need to stop trying to bend every person to our will and instead support every person as they are shaped by the will of our Father. And, from what I can tell, this is only possible with a healthy dose of boots-on-the-ground Holy Spirit power! Seek that power today, and listen for the beautiful hallelujah chorus!
God is GOOD ~ ALL the time!
